Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (WFO)

BIK is a series A company backed by Y-Combinator (YC-20), Sequoia Capital, and Chainsmokers (the band!).

We run two AI-first products for eCommerce and our vision is to re-imagine how eCommerce is done today. We started selling bik.ai in India in Nov 2022, and in less than 2 years became market leaders by consolidating multiple tools that eCommerce Brands were using previous to BIK.

In Sept 2023 we launched our LLM first product Manifest AI aiming directly at the global markets starting from the United States. Today we cater to 500+ Global brands like Tata Consumers, Lego, Duroflex, Apple iCare, Livspace, Durex and more.

Currently we are doubling down on our India expansions and for it, we are aggressively hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives across mid-market eCommerce category.

If you are great with Cold Calling, writing creative emails and doing excellent research while reaching out to prospects, then this job is for you.
And we don’t separate Inbounds from outbounds, and every SDR gets equal opportunity to also cater to inbound leads as well.

Responsibilities
- Build $7k MRR worth of opportunities every month.
- From reaching out to qualifying a lead via BANT or any other process that you feel is right.
- Quick ramp up in 1-2 weeks and get on the field within the 1st month of joining.
- Incentivised to also motivating AEs towards closure
- Cold calling, email writing
- Knowledge of Apollo, Lusha, Outplay, Hubspot

Qualification
- Bachelors in Engineering or MBA in sales & Marketing.
- Should have done at least 1-3 years of cold outreach in your current/ past companies.
