Requirements
- Business analytics
- Aspiring Data Analyst with hands-on experience in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis
- Strong foundation in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau from academic projects and internships
- Monitor KPIs: pipeline velocity, CAC, win rates, churn, expansion, forecasting
- Identify risks and opportunities through data-backed diagnostics
- CRM Ownership
- Manage and maintain CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity, accuracy
- Customize pipelines, workflows, automation, scoring logic, and properties
- Manage CRM integrations (marketing automation, analytics, enrichment tools)
- Dashboard and automations
- Build self-serve dashboards for Sales & Leadership
- Automate recurring reporting (eliminate manual spreadsheets)
- Design repeatable reporting templates and operating cadences
- Create structured weekly / monthly performance reporting systems
- Passionate about deriving actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Key Skills
- Data Analysis: SQL, Python
- Visualization: Tableau / Power BI / Looker / Elastic
- Database Management: MySQL / PostgreSQL / No SQL databases
- Scripting & ETL: Bash / Python
- Soft Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving
- 1–3 years in Analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Data roles (preferably in SaaS/startups)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Interview process
We follow a fast-paced and friendly interview process, just like the way we work. There are typically two rounds in total. The first round focuses on understanding your approach to solving problems, how you work with data, and basic technical skills like Excel, SQL, or Python.
The second round is more about your thinking process, how you analyze trends, and how well you can communicate your findings. We want to see how curious and sharp you are when it comes to working with numbers and drawing insights from data.
Interview best practices
- In some interviews you would be required to write your thoughts on google docs. Have a notebook / pen also handy in case you need to jot down your thoughts.
- Please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive.
