We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the revolutionary transformation of our Campaign platform through artificial intelligence. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy that reimagines how e-commerce merchants create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using AI-powered automation and intelligence.

Our Campaign product is revolutionising how e-commerce merchants approach marketing automation by leveraging cutting-edge AI to create, optimize, and execute personalised campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for BIK's AI-Powered Campaign platform, prioritising features that leverage AI to maximize merchant ROI and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop intelligent campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation algorithms
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces that allow merchants to harness AI capabilities without complexity
  • Gather and analyse merchant feedback to identify opportunities for AI-driven campaign automation and enhancement
  • Define product metrics and KPIs focused on campaign performance, merchant success, and AI effectiveness
  • Lead the development of AI-powered features
  • Design and implement complex AI workflows that enable merchants to create sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns with minimal manual intervention
  • Manage AI-driven integrations with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and e-commerce platforms
  • Drive the development of predictive analytics capabilities for campaign forecasting and budget optimization

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs, machine learning models, and their application in marketing automation
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, campaign management tools, or advertising technology
  • Background in e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketing automation is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven product decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly product features
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field

Desired Skills
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with major advertising APIs (Meta Business API, Google Ads API, etc.)
  • Experience in scaling B2B SaaS products for enterprise merchants
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing
